The Railway is famous for its dark beers brewed on the premises by
Dave and its selection of the finest English real ales.
It also has a musical history with some of the best local bands having played
here over the years; The Vibrators, Surfquake, The Intermission Bues Band.
We now host a jam session every second Monday and an open mic rehearsal on the last Saturday.
October 25th Open Mic Rehearsal night 8-11pm
November 5th The Vibrators (with kids 'til 9pm, adults only after 9
December 9th Surfquake live at The Railway
The pub exhibits the work of a different local artist every month.
